Leslie Long

Leslie Long serves as Professor of Religion within the Department of Religion in the College of Arts & Sciences at Oklahoma City University. An ordained Elder in the Oklahoma Conference of the United Methodist Church, she integrates decades of ministry experience with academic rigor in her work.

Her educational background includes:

• Elementary Education degree from Oklahoma State University

She actively shapes religious education beyond the classroom through cofounding the Youth Worker's Academy and Children Worker's Academy, which train church educators across Oklahoma.
