Leendert van Beek

Dr. Leendert van Beek is a Professor of Language Studies at Dordt University, where he teaches Dutch, French, Latin, and linguistics courses. His work emphasizes language as a divine gift for creating virtual reality (per Ruiz, 2012) and fostering cultural bridges through linguistic creativity.

• Ph.D. in Education (Capella University) with focus on postsecondary adult education and second language acquisition
• Doctorandus in Dutch linguistics (Leiden University) with specialization in modern language variation
