Lee M. Jacobson is an Adjunct Professor of Law at San Joaquin College of Law (SJCL) and serves as President of Jacobson Dispute Resolution, APC. He holds a B.A. in Political Science and Mass Communications from the University of California, Davis (1977) and a J.D. from the University of Santa Clara School of Law (1980), where he was an associate editor of the Santa Clara Law Review. Since 1995, he has worked as a neutral, presiding over mandatory settlement conferences in Fresno County Superior Court. Transitioning to full-time mediation in 2000, he has mediated over 5,000 cases across Federal and State courts in California and has served as a binding arbitrator over 100 times. He teaches Dispute Resolution at SJCL.
