Jesse Molina is an Adjunct Professor of Law at San Joaquin College of Law (SJCL), where he teaches courses in Business Organizations I and II and Data Privacy Law. He currently serves as the Chief Legal Officer (CLO) for Aplos Software, LLC and previously held roles as General Counsel at FocusVision Worldwide, Inc. and Decipher, Inc.—both tech-focused companies. His expertise spans corporate law, contracts, mergers and acquisitions, and data privacy.
Prior to his private-sector roles, Molina managed Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) services at the American Arbitration Association, specializing in tech-sector contract disputes. He holds a J.D. from SJCL and a B.A. from California State University, Fresno.
Molina’s research interests emphasize corporate governance, technology law, and privacy compliance. He actively participates in community leadership, serving on boards such as the Fresno State University President’s Advisory Board, SJCL Board of Trustees, and Fresno Compact. He is also completing an executive program in Digital Leadership and Strategy at Columbia Business School.
Notably, during law school, Molina was the Executive Editor of the San Joaquin Agricultural Law Review and achieved recognition in national moot court competitions, including third place in the National Asylum and Refugee Moot Court Competition.
