Darshan Brach

Darshan Brach is a Lecturer at the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law (Berkeley Law), where she teaches Negotiation and Mediation. Her academic and professional career spans over 16 years in dispute resolution, with teaching roles at prestigious institutions including Stanford Law School, Hastings College of the Law, Santa Clara School of Law, and Mills College of Business since 2005.

• Co-taught the Mediation Clinic at Hastings (2006-2013), training students in experiential learning through fieldwork in San Francisco Superior Court and state agencies.
• Panelist for the U.S. District Court, California Northern District, since 2006.
• Conducted trainings for organizations such as the California Public Utilities Commission, Environmental Protection Agency, and Army Corps of Engineers.
