Kris Williams serves as a Teaching Assistant Professor in the Kinesiology department at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh. Her office is located in Albee Hall 101A. She holds a BS in Physical Education from UW Oshkosh and an MSed in Human Performance from Baylor University, along with certification as a Strength & Conditioning Specialist.
Her research focuses on Strength & Conditioning methodologies, speed development techniques, and progressive teaching approaches for sport skill enhancement. Williams emphasizes practical application of kinesiology principles in athletic training environments.
Regarding her teaching philosophy, Williams states: "I feel very fortunate to be part of an excellent staff in Kinesiology at UW Oshkosh. It is an honor to teach our young professionals."
