Kris Williams

Kris Williams serves as a Teaching Assistant Professor in the Kinesiology department at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh. Her office is located in Albee Hall 101A. She holds a BS in Physical Education from UW Oshkosh and an MSed in Human Performance from Baylor University, along with certification as a Strength & Conditioning Specialist.

Her research focuses on Strength & Conditioning methodologies, speed development techniques, and progressive teaching approaches for sport skill enhancement. Williams emphasizes practical application of kinesiology principles in athletic training environments.

Regarding her teaching philosophy, Williams states: "I feel very fortunate to be part of an excellent staff in Kinesiology at UW Oshkosh. It is an honor to teach our young professionals." She aims for graduates to develop passion for their field while understanding the importance of continued education.
