Julie Zuleger

Julie Zuleger is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Human Kinetics & Health Education at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh. She holds a Ph.D. in Education from Capella University (2013), an M.S. in Management and Organizational Behavior from Silver Lake College (1996), and a B.S. in Communications/Radio-TV-Film from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh (1985). She is a Certified Athletic Trainer, Certified Wellness Specialist, Performance Enhancement Specialist, Wisconsin Licensed Massage Therapist, and Board Certified Myofascial Trigger Point Therapist (CMTPT).

Her research focuses on pedagogical professional development for online teaching faculty and myofascial pain management. She has taught for 15 years, covering health promotion, health education, and exercise science. Key courses include Functional Anatomy, Nutrition, Human Sexuality, Lifespan Motor Development, and Weight Training for PE Majors.

Zuleger began employment at UW Oshkosh in September 2003 and has 2 years of P-12 experience.
