Kris Molitor

Kris Molitor, EdD, serves as Associate Dean of the College of Education and Associate Professor of Education at George Fox University. She concurrently holds the position of Director of the MAT (Master of Arts in Teaching) Program. Dr. Molitor joined the university in 2008 as an Assistant Professor and Director of the Reading Endorsement Program, bringing prior experience as a K-12 teacher, district reading coach, and elementary school principal.

Her research focuses on:

• Literacy development and reading instruction methodologies
• Teacher preparation programs and pedagogical frameworks
• Educational leadership and administrative practices
• Curriculum design for educator endorsements
