Kimberly Quiogue Andrews is an Associate Professor of English and creative writing coordinator at the University of Ottawa. She holds a PhD in English Language and Literature from Yale University, an MFA in Poetry from Penn State University, and a BA in Creative Writing from Johns Hopkins University.

Her research spans American poetry, experimental literary practices, critical race theory, ecocriticism, and the intersection of poetry with academic institutions. Kimberly’s recent publications focus on contemporary American poetry’s relationship with academia, including her monograph The Academic Avant-Garde (2023). Her poetic work engages liminal spaces, gender, and embodiment, while scholarly articles critique literary economies and pedagogy.
