Kimberly Laurene

Kimberly Laurene is an Assistant Professor at Kent State University's Center for Public Policy and Health. She holds a PhD in Psychology from Bowling Green State University. As Principal Investigator for federally-funded grants (More Aware, NEO MHAT), she develops mental health awareness programs and studies help-seeking behaviors.

Teaching includes public health, statistics, and psychology courses. Certifications include QPR and Mental Health First Aid instruction. Service roles include advising Active Minds and co-directing the Student Mental Health Coalition.
