Kevin Geddes

Dr. Kevin Geddes is a Lecturer in Management at Queen Margaret University's Business School. He combines academic expertise with professional experience in the Third Sector, having led charities and social enterprises in Scotland, and founded a successful Management Consultancy business serving the social innovation sector.

• PhD (2024) in Television History (1936–1976) from Edinburgh Napier University
• MSc Gastronomy (2016, Distinction) from Queen Margaret University

His research focuses on untold histories in television/media, gender/LGBTQ+ narratives, class dynamics, and technological impacts. Additional interests include disability in academia, health/social care, food security, and third-sector funding challenges.

Active affiliations include the Royal Historical Society. He teaches Hospitality, Tourism, Events, and Business Management courses, drawing from his consultancy work and academic background in food/communication.
