Dr. Kerry Peterson is a Professor in the College of Arts & Human Sciences at the University of Wisconsin-Stout, specializing in Nutritional Sciences. Her teaching focuses on nutrient metabolism, nutritional assessment, sustainability in food systems, and local foods.
Research interests include energy balance, body composition, and farm-to-school initiatives. She is affiliated with the M.S. Nutrition & Dietetics program and can be reached at petersonke@uwstout.edu. Office located in 222 Heritage Hall.
