Dr. Kenneth Walker is an Associate Professor in the Department of English at the University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA). His scholarship focuses on environmental justice rhetorics, transdisciplinary environmental humanities, and critical-cultural approaches to digital storytelling. He leads the #UrbanBirdProject, a community-engaged initiative integrating Avian Ecology, Mexican American Studies, and Indigenous Studies.

He advises students in areas like racial rhetorical criticism and ecocriticism, and collaborates with teams across environmental science, community organizations, and citizen science initiatives.
