Kay Benning is a Lecturer and Preceptor at the School of Information Studies, University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee (UWM). She concurrently serves as Director of Library Services for Elmbrook Schools and as a district representative on the Brookfield Public Library Board of Trustees. Her professional experience includes roles as a school librarian at both elementary and secondary levels, along with classroom teaching in diverse settings such as Medford, WI, Frankfurt, Germany, and Milwaukee Public Schools' German Immersion School.
