Kathryn Kain

Kathryn Kain is a Lecturer specializing in printmaking, with a focus on color lithography, monotype, and collage. She has taught printmaking throughout the San Francisco Bay area and currently works as a master printmaker with Smith-Andersen Editions in Palo Alto, CA.

• BFA from San Jose State University
• MFA in Printmaking from the San Francisco Art Institute
• Studied under Kenjilo Nanao and Misch Kohn at Cal State University, Hayward
