Kathleen Ehrhardt serves as Associate Professor and Program Director at DeSales University's College of Healthcare Professions, where she has been faculty in the Physician Assistant Program since its inception in 1997. A physician assistant with over 30 years of clinical experience in women's health, she has specialized in obstetrics, gynecology, and gynecologic oncology while maintaining active volunteer clinical work at the DeSales Free Clinic.

Dr. Ehrhardt's research focuses on interprofessional education, building on her extensive clinical expertise in women's health. Dr. Ehrhardt demonstrates exceptional professional service through multiple board leadership roles: serving as Vice President and Quality Committee Chair for St. Luke’s Quakertown Hospital Board of Trustees since 2011, advising the DeSales Free Clinic since 2007, and acting as Secretary for the nccPA Health Foundation Board of Directors since 2016. Her contributions to the profession extend to PACKRAT test development and representation of PAEA in the AAPA House of Delegates.
