Katherine Alsip

Katherine Alsip, MSOD, is an Adjunct Professor at Avila University, specializing in teaching graduate-level leadership coaching courses (OD 642 and OD 644). She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Clarke University, a Master of Science in Psychology with an emphasis in Organizational Development from Avila University, and graduate certificates in Executive Leadership and Leadership Coaching. Her professional roles include serving on the Board of the ICF Heartland Chapter and practicing as an organization development consultant and leadership coach.

Her expertise focuses on leadership development, team-building facilitation, and fostering organizational success through people-centered strategies. She is dedicated to advancing the coaching profession, reflected in her advocacy work and presentations at national conferences.
