Huazhang Lu

Huazhang Lu is a faculty member in the School of Professional Psychology and Health at China University of Geosciences. They hold a Doctor of Engineering in Geological Engineering (Safety Management Track) and are a certified coach with multiple credentials, including Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coach Federation (ICF) and certifications in High-Performance Team Coaching from Erickson Coaching International. They are one of the first authorized instructors in China for Erickson's programs.

Since 2014, Lu has been a senior trainer, teaching courses such as 'The Art and Science of Coaching,' which trains ICF-certified professional coaches, as well as specialized programs in leadership coaching, team performance, and family coaching. Over 1,000 professional coaches have been trained under their guidance.

Lu's expertise spans applied psychology, leadership development, and organizational behavior, with a focus on practical coaching methodologies and mental health support in professional settings.
