Merle Viirmaa

Merle Viirmaa serves as the Head of EBS Coaching Programs and AoEC Estonia (PCC), combining over 20 years of management experience in media companies with expertise in executive coaching and leadership development. She teaches in EBS open programs such as the Marketing Manager Development Program and Leadership Masterclass, focusing on coaching skills and strategic renewal. Certified with the Advanced Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching (AoEC, England) and Gestalt Practitioner Diploma (GIS, Denmark), she is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and member of the Estonian and International Coaching Federations (ICF). Merle has coached over 100 managers and trained nearly 400 professionals in coaching methodologies. She contributes as a columnist for Edasi magazine, addressing topics like change management and women's leadership.
