Beata Kozak

Dr. Beata Kozak is a psychologist, coach, and business trainer affiliated with SWPS University's Katowice Faculty as an Assistant Professor. Recommended by the Polish Psychological Association (PTP) and certified by the International Coach Federation (ICF), she specializes in professional and personal development, leadership training, and innovative competency assessment methods.

With 30 years of experience, she has implemented development projects for global organizations and SMEs. She originated the EU-funded "Leader on the Wave" project, merging sailing instruction with coaching management styles, and authored ICF-accredited programs: Coaching Marathon I/II and Professional Freedom.

At SWPS University, she teaches: coaching as a development method, team coaching, and coaching supervision exercises. She served as PTP Katowice Branch Chairwoman (2004-2006) and PTP Secretary General (2002-2004).
