Anna Gorzołka

Anna Gorzołka, Ph.D., is an Assistant Professor at SWPS University’s Faculty of Psychology in Katowice, Department of General, Social and Organizational Psychology. She specializes in work and organizational psychology, personal development, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and psychological resilience.

• Principal Investigator in a comparative sociological study on business trainer professions in Poland and Ukraine
• Co-author of the White Paper on Personal Development Services in Poland
• Co-founder of the European Association of Coach Psychologists (ESCP)
