Dawn Newman is an Assistant Professor at the School for Professional Studies, Saint Louis University. She holds a Ph.D. in Organization Development (Benedictine University, 2011), an MBA in Business Administration (SLU, 1990), and a B.S. in Mathematical Statistics (SIUE, 1987). Her research focuses on executive coaching, team effectiveness, leadership, and organizational change. She is certified as an ICF PCC, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, and ASQ CQE/CQA.
Her work emphasizes applying coaching strategies to enhance leadership and organizational outcomes in nonprofits and corporate settings. Recent publications include analyses of executive coaching’s impact on self-efficacy and ROI, as well as organizational development frameworks.
