Joseph Milner

Joseph Milner is a Professor in Operations Management and Statistics at the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto. He holds the Magna Professorship in Management and serves as Vice-Dean for MBA Programs, teaching operations management, strategy, and service operations at MBA and Executive MBA levels. His research focuses on service operations modeling, revenue management, and healthcare operations.
