Jonathan Stuart

Jonathan Stuart is Senior Lecturer in Organizational Leadership, Policy, and Development at University of Minnesota. He holds a PhD (UMN), MA in Adult Education (UMN), TEFL certification (Hamline University), and BA (Concordia University).

Research and teaching focus:

• Workplace conflict resolution systems
• Cross-cultural leadership development
• International human resource practices
• Vocational education pedagogy

With 25+ years' experience, he has consulted for 100+ organizations globally. International work includes:

• Fulbright Scholar at Universidad de San Carlos (Guatemala)
• Teaching at National University of Education (South Korea)
• Skills program implementation in South Africa

Awards: Robert Beck Fellowship, MN Teacher of the Year, Fulbright. Teaches undergraduate courses in adult education, training, and nonprofit leadership.
