Rand Park is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Strategic Management and Entrepreneurship at the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management. He teaches courses on Business Ethics, Corporate Responsibility & Sustainability, and Ethics and Leadership, while serving as Program Director for the Public and Nonprofit Management Co-Major. With a PhD in Organizational Leadership, Policy & Development from the University of Minnesota and a JD from Hamline University School of Law, his expertise spans business ethics, corporate social responsibility, and higher education policy.
