Jonathan Lee

Jonathan Lee is an Associate Professor specializing in Strategy and Entrepreneurship at the Odette School of Business, University of Windsor. He holds a Ph.D. in Management from the University of South Carolina, along with MA and BA degrees in Management from the University of Windsor.

His research focuses on business communication dynamics, corporate governance in international contexts, entrepreneurship in emerging markets, and negotiation strategies. Key investigations include apology effectiveness in disciplinary contexts, corruption in Nigerian SMEs, and cultural influences on manufacturing practices.

Dr. Lee has received multiple teaching excellence awards including the 2023/24 Professor of the Year. His funded research includes internationalization grants and studies on lean venturing frameworks.
