Guangrui Guo

Guangrui Guo is Associate Professor of Strategy and Entrepreneurship at Odette School of Business, University of Windsor. He holds a Ph.D. from the University of Miami and degrees from Tsinghua University and Nankai University.

His research examines performance variance through longitudinal analysis, digital-age entrepreneurship, consumer behavior evolution, and cross-cultural negotiation ethics. Recent publications investigate knowledge management in technological innovation and consumer behavior research trends.

Notable work includes a longitudinal multilevel perspective on performance variance in Strategic Management Journal and comparative studies of negotiation ethics in South Asia.
