Dr. Joey Granger is the Billy S. Guyton Distinguished Professor of Physiology and Medicine at the University of Mississippi Medical Center, serving as Associate Vice Chancellor for Research and Dean of the School of Graduate Studies. As Director of the Cardiovascular-Renal Research Center, his research examines renal mechanisms of hypertension and pregnancy-induced hypertensive disorders.
