Jessica Methot is an Associate Professor of Human Resource Management at Rutgers University's School of Management and Labor Relations (SMLR) and a Distinguished Research Professor of Management at the University of Exeter Business School. She holds a PhD in Organizational Behavior from the University of Florida and serves as Director of the Industrial Relations and Human Resource Management PhD Program at Rutgers.
