Jessica C. Phelps

Jessica C. Phelps, MD is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Medicine at the Medical College of Wisconsin. Her clinical practice focuses on child and adolescent psychiatry, with affiliations at Children's Wisconsin hospitals. She graduated from SUNY Upstate Medical University in 2006, completed her general psychiatry residency at MCW (2010), and her child/adolescent psychiatry fellowship there (2012).
