Scott Sandage

Dr. Scott Sandage is an Associate Professor at the Medical College of Wisconsin, affiliated with the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Medicine. He works on the Psychiatry Consultation-Liaison Service at Children's Wisconsin and maintains a small outpatient clinic. He is a key member of the state-funded Child Psychiatry Consultation Program, supporting primary care providers across Wisconsin.

• Graduated from the College of Osteopathic Medicine and Surgery (Des Moines, IA).
• Completed General Psychiatry residency at Medical College of Wisconsin (Milwaukee, WI).
• Completed Child/Adolescent Psychiatry fellowship at Children’s Memorial Hospital/Northwestern University (Chicago, IL).

Dr. Sandage’s career includes roles as Division Chief of Child/Adolescent Psychiatry at Lutheran General Hospital (Park Ridge, IL), Medical Director of a psychiatric in-patient unit, and coordination of training for psychiatry residents and fellows. He transitioned to a private practice in Chicago’s North Shore (1999–2015), providing consultation services to over 30 school districts and residential treatment centers. He rejoined MCW and Children’s Wisconsin in 2015.

His expertise spans clinical care, medical education, and program development in child/adolescent mental health, with a focus on integrating psychiatric care into pediatric and primary care settings.
