Jens Rauch

Jens Rauch is an Assistant Professor at the School of Biomolecular and Biomedical Science, University College Dublin, and serves as Group Leader at Systems Biology Ireland. His research focuses on understanding drug resistance mechanisms in malignant melanoma, particularly through RAS/RAF/MEK/ERK (MAPK) signaling pathway dynamics and scaffold protein interactions. He employs proteomics, CRISPR/Cas9, and computational modeling to identify network adaptations and develop personalized therapeutic strategies.
