Jean Park

Jean Park is a Research Fellow at the Teaching and Learning Collaboratory within Macaulay Honors College at the City University of New York (CUNY). She holds a PhD in History & Education from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a B.A. in U.S. History with a Certificate in East Asian Studies from Princeton University.

Her research focuses on Education History and Asian-American Studies, particularly the role of Korean students in New York City during 1907-1937 and their impact on the Korean independence movement. She has presented at international conferences and published in outlets like The Gotham Center for New York City History and Charleston Hub’s Against the Grain.

Jean Park contributes to the Teaching and Learning Collaboratory at Macaulay Honors College, engaging in interdisciplinary research on historical and educational narratives.
