Jari Kukkonen

Jari Kukkonen is the Head of Executive Education at Estonian Business School (EBS) since 2021 and Lead Lecturer of the EBS Executive MBA program since 2019. With over 20 years of experience, he specializes in strategic management, change management, and innovation, serving clients ranging from multinational corporations to public institutions. His expertise includes Lean methodology, product/service development, and advising ministries across Estonia and internationally. He has evaluated quality management awards in Finland and Europe and trained Estonian evaluators in this field.

Education: Master’s degree in Innovation and Change Management from York St John University. Publications include Läbimurre (2012), Enesehindamise käsiraamat (2012), and leadership of Äripäeva Tootmise Teabevara. His work bridges private and public sectors, focusing on operational efficiency and institutional improvement.
