Professor Pitosh Heyden is a full Professor of Strategy & International Business in the Department of Management at Monash University. He holds a PhD from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University (2012) and previously served at the University of Newcastle (2012-2017). His research intersects strategic leadership, corporate governance, and innovation, with publications in top-tier journals including Journal of Management, Journal of Applied Psychology, and Research Policy.
His research explores the characteristics of business leaders enabling organizational change, with recent work focusing on executive transitions, diversity strategies, disaster response in multinational firms, and technology-driven strategic adaptation.
