Jan Ainger

Dr. Jan Ainger is an instructor in the Department of Early Childhood, Special Education, and Counselor Education at the University of Kentucky. With a Ph.D. from George Mason University, her work focuses on inclusive education frameworks for students with disabilities.

Research examines co-teaching strategies, reading intervention methods, and collaborative practices between special and general educators. Recent initiatives investigate barriers to effective inclusion in language arts curricula.
