Jacky Claydon

Dr. Jacky Claydon serves as a Lecturer in Policing at Canterbury Christ Church University (CCCU), where she joined in 2022. She holds dual leadership roles as Deputy Course Director for the BSc in Professional Policing and Head of Policing & Professional Contracts, Apprenticeships and CPD.

Her academic foundation includes a PhD from the University of Kent investigating expertise in forensic fingerprint examination, building upon her 25-year operational career at Kent Police where she served as both sworn officer and civilian staff member.
