Jack MCGUIRE is a Full-time Assistant Professor of Organisational Behaviour & Human Resources at the Lee Kong Chian School of Business, Singapore Management University. His research focuses on technology leadership, emotions, ethics, and human-AI collaboration. He holds a Ph.D. in Management and Organizations from the National University of Singapore (2023), where he also received the President’s Graduate Fellowship (2019–2023).
