Kenneth TAI is a Full-time Associate Professor of Organisational Behaviour & Human Resources at the Lee Kong Chian School of Business, Singapore Management University. He holds the Lee Kong Chian Fellowship (2022-2023) and has been recognized for teaching excellence, including multiple Dean’s Teaching Honor List mentions. His research focuses on envy dynamics, workplace deviance, power and status, well-being, and cultural influences on behavior.
