Ismaila Odogba is a Professor at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, with extensive experience in urban planning across Nigeria, South Carolina, and Kentucky. He earned a Ph.D. in Urban and Public Affairs from the University of Louisville-Kentucky, an MCRP in City and Regional Planning from Clemson University, and a B.S. in Urban and Regional Planning from Ahmadu Bello University Zaria, Nigeria.
