Mark Stevens is an Associate Professor at the School of Community and Regional Planning (SCARP) at the University of British Columbia, where he has worked since July 2009. Stevens’ research focuses on evaluating the effectiveness of local and regional land use planning efforts through the lens of sustainable development.
