Dr. Andrew H. Whittemore is an Associate Professor and Associate Chair in the Department of City and Regional Planning (DCRP) at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he also directs the Master of City and Regional Planning (MCRP) program. His work focuses on land use planning, zoning, urban form, and planning history, with particular attention to the political dynamics and racial biases embedded in zoning decisions.
