Brigadier Hugo G. di Risio, a distinguished academic and military leader in the Argentine Air Force, has dedicated his career to logistics, quality management, and aerospace engineering. He earned a Master of Science in Logistics Management from the Air Force Institute of Technology (AFIT) in 2002 and has served as a Professor at institutions like the National Tech University and Universidad del Salvador since 1983.
- Education: Graduated from the Argentine Air Force's Military School of Aviation (1979), with bachelor's degrees in Aeronautical and Mechanical Engineering (1982) and Aerial and Space Systems Management.
