Helen Hallpike

Helen Hallpike is an Adjunct Professor at Kingston Business School, part of the Faculty of Business and Social Sciences at Kingston University. She holds a PhD (2023), an MBA from INSEAD, an MA (First Class Hons) from Oxford University, and additional qualifications such as the PGCE and a Diploma of the Institute of Marketing. Her research focuses on decision-making frameworks for sustainable careers, particularly through a distributed interactive perspective. She has co-authored key papers on career maintenance, retirement decisions, and executive career sustainability.

Her teaching and research domains include organizational behavior, career development, and workforce longevity. She has presented her work at major conferences like the Academy of Management (AOM) in the U.S., EAWOP in Poland, and others in Austria, the Netherlands, and the U.K. She has been lecturing at Kingston Business School since 2014 and at King's College London since 2015. Her recent work emphasizes the intersection of career sustainability and aging workforces.
