Heather Thompson-Bahm

Dr. Heather Thompson-Bahm is an Instructor at the City College of Montana State University Billings, where she has been teaching since 2015. She holds leadership roles as Department Chair of Business, Construction, and Energy Technology, and as Faculty Co-Director of the MSUB Center for Teaching and Learning.

Her research interests align with business administration, human resources, eLearning pedagogy, and diversity initiatives in education.

Dr. Thompson-Bahm actively contributes to university governance via the Academic Senate and Provost’s Graduation and Retention Council, and serves as College Relations Chair on the Montana State Board of SHRM.
