Gustavo Guzman, Ph.D., is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Criminal Justice and Criminology at St. Mary's University since July 2023 (previously part-time since 2007). He retired after 30 years as a police executive and now combines academic teaching with consulting for law enforcement agencies. His expertise spans police management, criminal justice ethics, and legal frameworks in criminal justice.
