Charlie Scheer

Dr. Charlie Scheer is an Associate Professor of Criminal Justice at The University of Southern Mississippi. His research focuses on police workforce management, training, and legitimacy, with expertise in recruitment/retention strategies, civil liability, and first-line supervisor leadership programs. He has presented at conferences like the International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP) and the National Sheriff's Association.
