David W. Webb, Ph.D., is a Distinguished Lecturer and Director of the Office of International Criminal Justice and Security at the University of New Haven, affiliated with the Henry C. Lee College of Criminal Justice and Forensic Sciences. He relocated to the U.S. after over 30 years in UK policing, including 12 years as Chief Superintendent and Director of Training at Devon and Cornwall Police College.
