Graham Hendry

Graham Hendry is a Senior Lecturer specializing in Educational Psychology at the University of Sydney. With expertise in assessment design and teacher development, his research investigates how pedagogical practices influence student motivation and learning outcomes across educational contexts.

Hendry's scholarship examines innovative approaches to enhancing teaching quality through peer observation programs and exemplar-based assessment design. His work in health professions education focuses on competency assessment frameworks for clinical training environments.

Current doctoral students under his supervision research topics including school autonomy in NSW, inquiry-based learning in Papua New Guinea, and assessment reform in secondary mathematics. Hendry has led educational development projects funded by the Australian Office for Learning and Teaching.
