George Dewey Davis III

Dr. George Dewey Davis III is an Adjunct Professor and Dissertation Chair at Capitol Technology University. A retired U.S. Navy Captain and former Radioman Master Chief Petty Officer with 42 years of active service, he specializes in Cybersecurity, Military Leadership, and National Security. His career included leadership roles in IT/Cyber strategy, Pentagon reconstruction post-9/11, and operations across global theaters.

• Education: PhD in Business Administration (Northcentral University), MS in International Relations (Salve Regina), MA in Military Studies (USMC Command & Staff College), and B.A. in History (University of Rhode Island).

Areas of expertise include Cyber Defense, Military Operations, IT Governance, and Systems Engineering. He holds certifications from MIT, Harvard, and NATO Defense College in cybersecurity and national security.

Awards include the Defense Superior Service Medal, Legion of Merit, and multiple honor society recognitions. His military decorations reflect decades of service in critical roles, including NEO evacuations and combat operations in Lebanon, Iraq, and Djibouti.
